Fran looks uncomfortable

Like the title says Fran looks uncomfortable on cooking with coaches or what ever it's called. Hands in his lap arms tight against the side. The rest if the coaches seem loose relaxed and social.

There is no social time for Fran. Dude is always working. That's how he stands on sidelines.

More importantly:

Why is the B1G Network giving face time to out-of-conference coaches?

Pretty cool show. Interesting when Fran talked about the double technical last year.

Guy is just intense. Love it.

Personally, I like the non-conference coaches being a part of this. There are only 14 B1G coaches, so it'd get repetitive to have the same small group of guys talking every week. It's good to get some perspective from other conferences when you're talking about some broad issues in college basketball.

I like that every single coach on the show agreed that the transfer rules need to change, especially the 5th year rule, but of course for some reason that rule never seems to get changed. Its like Fran said, the intent of the rule and how it has been used are completely different and its being basically abused by people

Back in the old days it was considered good table manners to NOT have your arms/elbows on the table. You can interpret it how you like, but Fran is the only one that kept his arms/elbows off the table.

During a meal I was always told that but not after the meal. Anyway it was just an observation.

Yeah, true. Good point.

How about assistant coaches getting some face time?

Loved how Fran came across with the roundtable dinner.
Very interesting to listen to, as you can tell he's pretty smart and showed his genuineness towards the players.
