I think getting one solid former player can do some good. Hopefully it would a younger one that will get out and recruit and those younger ones do have ties to the AAU programs because they played in them. Also, they might help bring some fans back into the fold, now I know that one assistant won't bring back 5000 fans but it might help to reconnect to the fan base (as long as it isn't Pierre)
