former hawkeye fights in strike force mma

he should stick to fighting in iowa bars i remember going to a party once in iowa city and he said he wrestled for iowa so he gets to go in front of everybody at the keg

real jerk

I'm not sure what being a jerk has to do with fighting in Iowa bars but ok. Maybe you should have put a stop to it.

he picks fights at bars in iowa city...seen him and have heard other times of this happening

nah thats fine with me just using his "iowa wrestling ties" to talk down to ppl is what i don't agree with

I've met Paul before a couple of times...he's a little bit egotistical but I wouldn't say he's any more egotistical than most Iowa athletes. I've heard from many people that Jeff Horner was pretty bad. If we were to start a list of every Iowa athlete that did something like that we'd be here for a while.

I used to go to parties in Iowa City and tell girls that I was a reserve for the Iowa ski team and that meant we still got to travel with the team and hang out...but since we didn't have to ski they didn't really care if we drank. I can't even remember all the stories I used to make up to get to the front of the keg line...rarely was it successful...but I've seen it all and this story does not make me think any less of Paul Bradley.

If he hadn't been given the boot from The Ultimate Fighter for a condition that the majority of wrestlers have...and undoubtedly he was not the only one on that show with it...he may have been a serious threat to get that contract. If I remember correctly he was the #2 pick for his team.

I have actually met Jeff Horner and he was probably one of the nicest guys I have met. He was actually standing in line to get into a place in Iowa City and I shot the bull with him. I hate when people automatically think all athletes are cocky and deserve something. But when you are in the spotlight you are going to get the good and the bad.

Ive met Jeff Horner a few times and hes been very gracious each time.

a wrestler will get his rear kicked if he stands up with a boxer with longer reach than him.

sorry Lincolnhawk,thats the reality.

I agree totally, maybe he was different when he was at the bars but I have had four or five encounters with Jeff and he hasn't seemed stuck up or arrogant either time.

When I first started reading this thread I was like David Bradley the former Iowa punter? WTF! Then I re-read the thread again, Paul Bradley, ok, it makes sense now. Need to get my cup of coffee.

Is he fighting out of the Miletich camp in Bettendorf?
