Penn State got what they deserved. Frankly, they should have been kicked out of the Big Ten permanently and received a long death penalty. That would have been appropriate as well.

If that was a medium I'd buy it. I generally wear a large but I'll most likely wear it with my skinny jeans and wide rimmed glasses so it needs to be snug.
