If they were willing to donate more money, they deserve the tickets more than you do, its not unfair at all.

I see nothing unfair about that, they don't owe you a thing. They're doing what any good business would do.

I see a LOT of sour grapes in this thread. Is the ticket office perfect, probably not. They are trying to please thousands upon thousands of people, not everyone is going to be happy.
