That's what they get for firing a guy that led them to 3 final fours. Not to mention he won the Pac 12 the year he got fired. How Ben Howland hasn't landed at another power conference team yet is beyond me. Perhaps he is enjoying early retirement away from coaching.

That is amazing that Howland is not coaching unless he wanted to take a year or two off. He did a great job at Pitt and UCLA.

UCLA is 8-7, with conference play just beginning. If they go something like 11-22, I can see him getting the ax.
