Serious question? Does Iowa have the oldest and least sought after coordinators?
I think that is KFs biggest problem. Norm was a great mind and one in a million when it comes to not ever wanting to be a head coach. We need a cutting edge young offensive coordinator that can recruit. We just need a young d coordinator that can recruit.
i still believe that Iowa could be a top ten team consistently if they had a potent offense and run the same defense that they have been running for 15 years. At Iowa you must be able to get some above average talent to go along with player development.
Get dynamic young recruiters and you get dynamic results. IMHO.

You are correct. And he will renegotiate his contract to guarantee his son succeeds him as head coach. I can't believe people are still claiming he is a "nice" guy. Holding a University hostage is not "nice".

I might just do that. Fire him every saturday and he will be the best employee by tues. Over the summer he turns into the greatest worker evar. I shall also pay him $237 dollhairs per half hour of work.
