Final Conference Rankings

The Big 12 is OU/Texas on a consistent basis. A&M was okay this year. Okie State I was impressed with. Nebraska was solid. But really, that's it. And Texas was AWFUL this year.

I'd take Michigan State over most of the Big 12. Iowa over maybe half, just because of the schemes. Wisky and OSU over everyone but OU (tossup). Hell, I'd take Northwestern over quite a few of the teams in the Big 12 if Persa were 100%. It never ceases to amaze how overrated the Big 12 is every year.

Once again, the Iowa Hawkeyes come to the rescue to keep the Big Ten from being embarrassed.

Three bowl wins in a row!

Go Hawks!

No one will ever convince me that the B12 is/was/ever will be a good football conference.
Believe it. 3 different Big 12 team have won MNCs in 15 years, and have had many more chances at it. They had 5 teams finish in the top 20/25 this last season.

While not better than the SEC, it is normally the second best conference in the land. With NU and CU leaving for greener pastures, it will take a hit, but will still have 5 solid programs, 2 who will be in the MNC conversation on a yearly basis.
