Serious.

I don't think he's doing it for the money anymore - he's made enough to swim in it if he wished - and it's pretty easy to imagine how he could set Brian up for life without giving him the OC job. His motivation has to be prestige, competition, and mentoring his kid now.

He really wants to do things and win HIS way. You can hear it in his comments - we're not improving fast enough.

But it has to be his way. And his way on offense isn't working.
