What makes you think different? Our win over juggernaut northwestern? MSU game? They're so overrated it's ridiculous. We're not very good. Play an incredibly weak non conference and conference schedule, and got all the bounces this year. We finally played a good football team today, and look at the result. So I'd say we're as bad of a team as today indicated. It could have been much worse, Stanford coasted the second half.

You realize that you sound more like a Clown troll than a Hawk fan, right?

If it is so easy to beat every sub-par team on your schedule, the why does Oklahoma lose to Texas, MSU to Nebraska, Stanford to Northwestern (who you bash).

The good teams every year in college football lose 2-4 games a year. It happens when you aren't Elite. Iowa was a good team, let's not be idiot Clown fans and pretend, or act like bad/avg. teams win 12 games......that simply doesn't happen EVER.

You must have been hoping and waiting all season for them to play a GOOD TEAM FOR THE FIRST TIME so you could come out of the woodwork and now you have your chance.

Kirk and the staff did a lousy job preparing the team for today and did a bad job in making adjustments I thought.

But I'm sure Kirk cared very much about getting this opportunity and I imagine he's pretty devastated right now about the result.

To say he doesn't care and wants to get paid is quite simply crap.

Have any of you personally ever went 12-0 in anything in your life? Do you know how hard that is? It's like someone mentioned on this thread or another one I read this morning that there are people who couldn't wait for Iowa to have a game like this. Now it's their time to shine. The "told you so" crowd. It's hard for me to fathom that you're fans because there's so much hate in what you say. If you're gonna tear down this team, at least come with something different than what I'd hear from some radio hack.

It's too bad that a website like this has become the confluence of miserable people. Seriously, Jon needs to create 2 websites, one for fans and one for the dark side......the malcontents, the haters, and the pretentious ******* who always have the answers....and what they say IS THE LAW.....but only because they wear the rest of us out with their worthless drivel.
