Pretty clear Ferentz told Andy Reid to pass on Mcnutt just like he did with DJK and the NFL...oh wait....

And for those not sure, yes this was intended to be sarcasm. The DJK conspiracy continues to be discreditted.

Wish I could remember the HN member who ripped me cause I said McNutt was an average receiver, nothing more, who would not make it in the NFL. Good NCAA receiver but every team has that.
I will be going back through the archives and I will hunt you down. Then........"I told you so" Muwahahahahahahah!

The most interesting man in the world would not find this interesting

he was an average college receiver? or average receiver among NFL caliber receivers.

i doubt many 'average' college players get drafted.

pretty sorry way to feel good about yourself - ma must be out doin' someone else.

OK, MR. Wordtwister, let me elaborate. Marvin McNutt is a very good NCAA receiver. But there are many of those in the NFL. He is nothing special at that level. At the B1G level? Yes, he was excellent. But he doesn't bring anything special to the NFL table that 100 other guys don't have.

Got nothing to do with feeling good about myself. It's called honesty. You want affirmation. (someone to agree with you) This is information. Cold hard fact backed up by NFL executives. Sorry it hurts you.

He still is a good receiver. Catching the ball is not his problem. Getting open against the better talent is the problem. If he works on getting better separation, hopefully he can find a team that is a better fit.
