I finally just realized why Fant did the rowboat thing when he scored. Wondering if the coaching staff caught it.
 
If his comments about Fleck are indication, I'm sure Brian loved it.

I like it as well. It's nice to have a bit of swagger on this team. Jewell's homerun celebration after picking off McSorely against PSU was a great one as well.

Easley been dropping them all year for sure. Personally, I would rather not do that kind of goofy stuff in regards to an opponent until I had my own game polished up. Fant's been dropping them all year and has failed to lay out for a few I thought he had a chance to catch had he at least tried. It's like the guys who bat flip with their team down 8 runs... Not worried about it at all they need to have fun its a game. Just an observation.

I get your point. but in a rivalry game....yeah, stick it to 'em. :)
 
Yeah, I don't understand the lack of a suspension after this. He should be in the dog house for the rest of the year, DJK style.
 
I'm usually on KF for not letting the guys have fun. This one was a bit classless. Gator Chomp....chomp away.

Like him or hate him, the guy has been through a lot. When you work in the public this much you are going to be a target so it's expected. Fant is a kid, but it wouldn't take much to look up stuff. Imagine KF will take care of it.

Iowa is 5-3 so far and according to the first CFB poll that matters, they will play the #6, #7, #9, #15 and #24 ranked teams this season. I'll take 6 or 7 wins in a year anytime you have a team that is in a rebuild with that kind of schedule. Chill out, they are winning plenty. Row the f'ing boat Noah!
 
Hah I was at RT's (Romeo Tango for you non-Iowa City people) when Matt Roth said he would do the Heisman pose after sacking Carson Palmer. Too bad the game was well out of hand when he finally did :(
