Has everyone had their SB yet?
If not, how are the playoffs going, if they're going.
If so, how did everyone end up?

I did well. :)
Really well. :D

one legaue came 11 of 12. couldn't keep guys healthy. and when I had good weeks I always played someone better.

the other legaue. won the post season.

2nd week of the championship in the official* hawkeyenation league. The title is all but mine.

Started out great, 6-1 then finished 1-5 to 7-6 got 5th in the league. Lost 1st round of playoffs and then had my two best weeks to win the losers bracket and get 5th.
Could not keep guys healthy either. Charles, Forte, Murray, Maclin, Aaron Hernandez, Malcolm Floyd, Cutler (backup to Stafford, but still) and an unproductive Reggie Wayne killed me.

How is the HN league setup as far as scoring, rosters, etc? I'm just curious how others do it.

It was just the standared ESPN league as far as I can tell with regards to scoring. It wasn't a PPR league, only whole points.

rosters were setup for total domination on my part, but that is about it. ;)

How was your scoring set up?
Did ya play for any moolah?

Fractional, Yards, and Points. I've only played with 1 set up so hopefully that answers your question.

nope. sounds like we will next year in the one I won. my brother won one with a $100 buy in.

I started similar. 7-1, finished 2-4. 7 point win away from not making the CC bracket.

I gave up on Foster after 3 weeks and 3 total points, only to watch him blow up like crazy after that.

Still went 12-1. :D

The Hawkeyenation League didn't go so well for me. Could never get any consistency and was never more than a game above or below .500.

At least you weren't TDB.

Guy must have forgotten his log-in or something. That or he thought Jamaal Charles was still gonna make a comeback. :)

HawkeyeNation league was a pretty poor effort this year by most. I didn't make the Championship bracket which consisted of Brady's Bunch, Waco Jumping Beans, China Cat Sunflowers and You're Killin' Me Smalls. I smoked AmesHawk in the first round of the playoffs and am currently trailing Bros Before Romos by a few points.

In my cash league I'm sitting in 3rd right now, 55 points out of the lead. Its a straight up points league which is much better than this head to head stuff. I've won four weeks @ $175 per week so playing with house money.

3rd pays $500
2nd pays $1000
1st pays $2500

12 teams max. 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WR, 1 TE/WR Flex, 1 K and 1 Def / Special Teams. We will likely eliminate the special teams aspect next year as its nothing more than circus points and impossible to predict. A terrible defensive team actually scores more points on kick returns than a defense that shuts a team out.....pretty stupid.

My guys apparantly decided to use up all their points in the quarterfinals, leading me to get upset in the semis. Ended up in 3rd.

Quarterfinal Round (Week 14)
Rivers: 15 pts
Colston: 24.5 pts
A. Brown: 29 pts
Julio Jones: 25 pts
Rice: 21 pts
Jones Drew: 38 pts
Bush: 16 pts
L. Robinson: 28 pts
Detroit D: 27 pts

Semifinal Round (week 15)
Rivers: 13 pts
Colston: 9 pts
A. Brown: 8 pts
Julio Jones: 15 pts
Rice: 11 pts
Jones Drew: 13 pts
Bush: 13 pts
Felix Jones: 11 pts
Detroit D: 4 pts

Bull****

I envy your setup. We have a $50 buy in.
Pays ten bucks a week for highest points that week.
Still play head to head.
Pays $100 for highest total points scorer at end of regular season.
Pays $100 for superbowl winner too I believe.
I've been breaking plenty of records too. Love our league setup. Thinking we need to anty up a little more next year. Might as well.

Thanks alot. :D

I am in 2 leagues this year. I just got 2nd place with an 8-6 record which was a pretty good comeback for me. I also scored the points points in the league. It seemed like every week i was playing the team that scored the most points.

I am also in the 2nd week of a championship match in my espn league. I scored 20 points less last week so im proly lookin at another 2nd place finish. I think i can still win because the guy im playing has Brees and a couple other guys that shouldnt play the whole game.

Overall a pretty good year for me. I will take it..
