If you remember Sean Lee went to the same PA high school as Kurt did. He was a great FB player and obviously a great person as well. If I wasn't banned from the PSU Rivals cesspool I would post it there as well:

Lee also said he was disturbed by what the Freeh report revealed regarding administrators, and his coach, looking the other way when it came to Sandusky's actions.

“The facts show that they didn’t report Sandusky and what happened, and because of that, more kids got hurt,â€￾ Lee said. “That’s what the facts show. Obviously, it should have been reported right away. There should have been procedures in place – this is what we do, investigation, and go from there, and more kids wouldn’t have been hurt. Actually, I think the Freeh report was a good thing because it showed where Penn State can go, how it can improve, so something so horrible will never happen again.â€￾

Penn State, in spite of itself, has the opportunity to serve a great moral cause by dragging this horror visited upon so many of our children out of the shadows and using their vast resources to do something about it.

They can use the shame of their concealment to either sulk or to rise to the occasion like the elite B1G institution they are and lead by example.

their alternative was to be a 4-year death penalty. i'm sure anyone associated with PSU is happy with the sanctions the way they played out.
