Everyone referencing the Woody "foul"...

Please take off the sheep goggles, costume and ears and, for God's sake, STOP listening to fata&& Charles Barkley. It wasn't a foul. There was hardly any contact, and the Temple player throwing out his Kim Kardsahian a&& was as "culpable".

STFU, there was no foul.

It looked to me like his arms were extended in a shove but it's hard to call that with the game on the line and the Clemmons foul was really weak.

Had iowa lost the game that 3 point foul flop would have been etched in bronze somewhere as an all time flop

Yeah, Woody two handed pushed him in the back and it could have been a foul but it was not called. I see a hundred fouls like that or hacks across the hawkeye shooters arms every year that are not called.

Refs dont call those with 2 seconds left in overtime cuz they have a plane to catch.

It was the Iowa ex-coach George Raveling who wrote the book "War on the Boards". And it's just that. Lots of pushing/shoving/leaning/hacking/banging that goes on without being called. That said, there wasn't enough contact for even Jim Bain to blow a whistle against Iowa.

Foul? No foul? Officials don't call that at the end...especially in a game as physical as this one. It was a war under the basket for 45 minutes. People are always saying be consistent...and that was consistent with how the entire game was called.

They're too busy putting roofies in pudding.

The very idea that Charles Barkley is critiquing missed foul calls for a little pushing to gain position in the lane is laughable. He made a living at doing those very same things for his entire basketball career.

If anything the Temple player should be embarrassed he flopped and lost ground... Another screw up by Gesell. We got lucky.

Clemmons had all ball btw.

It's a basketball game there are missed calls all the time. Just look at Decosey mugging our players over and over after he got his third foul. It's part of the game.
