Ever wonder how they get draft pick names on the jerseys so fast?

Do they have tons of jerseys made up beforehand with the names of likely picks? Or are they quickly putting names on the jerseys as the selections are made?

I was actually wondering about this last night. I figured they were just stickers they threw on real quick.

They showed it for one of the players...Joeckel maybe...not sure, but it was on the NFL Network coverage right before a commercial break when they were showing highlights from earlier.
