ESPN radio say Hawks "very easy schedule."

Iowa's OOC schedule is pretty weak, compared to the other top 10 teams it pales in comparison.

Lets see how true this is; a statement such as this should be fairly easy to prove one way or the other. Using the coaches poll:

Alabama - San Jose State, Penn State, @Duke, Georgia State
TUOS - Marshall, Miami, Ohio, Eastern Michigan
Florida - Miami(Ohio), S. Florida, Appy State, @Florida St.
Texas - Rice, Wyoming, UCLA, Florida Atlantic.
Boise State - Va Tech, @Wyoming, Oregon State, Toledo
Va Tech - Boise State, James Madison, East Carolina, Central Michigan
TCU - Oregon State, Tennessee Tech, SMU,
Oklahoma - Utah State, Florida St., Air Force, @ Cincinnati
Nebraska - Western Kentucky, Idaho, @Washington, S. Dakota St.
Iowa - Eastern Illinois, Iowa State, @ Arizona, Ball State

Iowa's looks just as comparable to everyone else's, if not tougher. Hell, even Nebraska has to go to Washington.

Miami is only #13 because they are Miami. They went 9-4 last year, but oh, since they had a decent year, they're BACK! Or some garbage.

And some do consider Arizona a sleeper pick in the Pac-10. Not to mention, Iowa is traveling there.

As for any other complaints about Iowa's scheduling, OSU can feel free to schedule Cincinnati now, since they probably won't be as good. And don't forget about Youngstown St when you get bored with playing 2 MAC teams.

In the end, Alabama, Iowa, and Oklahoma have scheduled 2 BCS conference opponents for the OOC. The rest have not.

Anytime you schedule an FCS team along with 0 teams in the top 25, your OOC schedule looks horrible. This three year stretch of playing an FCS team to start the year is pathetic. I dont care who we schedule as long as we have 2 BCS teams and 2 teams not in the FCS.
