How long until Sumlin gets fired if he stays at A&M once Manziel leaves? I mean, you take Manziel off that team and they lose by 40 to Duke. Maybe a year or two and then Illinois hires him to keep the tire fire burning in Champagne.

Well, when he walks into a NFL locker room, he's got 10 seconds to rally the troops. There is a degree of humility and willingness to learn that a rookie has to have. You saw it with Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson and their teams quickly rallied around them. But then you get some d-bag like Jimmy Clausen or Jeff George who everyone hates, he's dead in the water before he even hits the field. If he can convince the veterans to rally around him, dude could be darn good.
