I got news for him. My prediction (which has a much greater possibility of reality) is, after another up-and-down season filled with Pellini-ism's, he will be fired before the Iowa game. Interim coaches and assistants will take the duties and be competitive but lose as Iowa heads to the championship game.

I would be very surprised if Pelini is fired midseason. But he may be fired the day after losing at Kinnick.
