ESPN and the SEC = Brokeback Mountain

Fixed it for you.

ESPN is not a valid news source and hasnt been for a long time. It's an entertainment network that happens to deliver news occasionally. Since it's business interests account for a lot of its programming, which when boiled down really can't qualify as news anymore if it's filtered to fit their interests/propoganda. In this case, it's the SEC. On other days, it's the Lakers, Heat, the NFL and the Jets.

You do realize the "E" in ESPN stands for Entertainment, right? They never were a reliable news outlet.

I think this means we'll see a lot more pictures and less articles since 72% of SEC fans can't read, and the other 28% are busy having sex with their sisters and nephews.

I thought that this is what the NCAA is for. Are they not the ones that are supposed to police college sports?

ESPN is just there to report on stuff other people uncover and show games. It is not ESPN’s job to uncover the dirty dealings of any college football conferences.

If the NCAA can't do it then you need to look to a repeatable news organization to do some investigative journalism. Finding one will be very difficult.

Good one. Last season, which is obviously what Homer meant.

And your smart *** comment really doesnt work because Georgia got curbstomped by LSU in the SEC title game in 2011, the same season as the bowl game you referenced. Nowhere close to almost winning the SEC.

what "smart ***" remark?
