I wonder what his business partners think about his plan. I doubt if they worked 50 hour weeks with weekends off when they were opening their stores. It would seem that the first few years would be the worst, pretty similar to the grind of a coach, just not having to be on the road, but still being away from home during prime family time (evenings and weekends).

Ima plastic pellet polisher and work 17 hour weeks usually but 50 during the plastic growing season.
Its unbelievable boring as you can imagine but sumbuddy has to do it! LOL haha. Sometimes I use a finetip Sharpie to draw a little face on a pellet when boss isn't looking, then later leave it on a store counter or toss it out mah pickup window. Be free, little pellet, be free!
Someday a child might find it and be happy.
