Eno Bemjamin Videos

I'm not overly impressed with his speed. Just being honest. Doesn't look "4-star" explosive on video--he doesn't run away from defensive backs the way I've seen other 4-stars do. Scout confirms this, posting a 4.63 40 time. He has great wiggle and lateral movement, which can compensate, but I've never been completely blown away by Eno's film as others have. I think he will definitely be pushed by others for playing time.

I just looked up the time today. I'd noticed his lack of speed more from videos I'd seen before. It's not like he's a tortoise, but he's also no Reggie Bush.

Is this serious? Shonn Greene ran a 4.62 40 and he had plenty of speed to run away from defenses. You are looking at a kid playing Texas football, of course he isn't going to run away from those athletes like you would see from a Iowa high school film.

Yes, I'm serious. Don't get me wrong--Eno could be a good/great player here. I just don't see elite speed. Shonn Greene relied on more than speed--he had great size + agility. Eno's speed can also improve when he gets here. I'm just saying it's slightly below other backs with similar ratings.

His vision is what's most impressive. You can't teach that and he has it. All of his other stats are just fine. No he's not the fastest RB in the world, but he's fast enough. He's big enough. He's strong enough. He has great hands. His vision is what separates him from most.

Well you really shouldn't sweat that 40 time. He reminds me alot of Ameer Abdullah (5'9 205 lbs) and he ran a 4.60 at the combine.

RB isn't about 40 speed. A RB might actually get a lane that he isn't touched 2 times a year, where that 40 time actually makes a big difference. Besides that it is about finding and hitting a hole and acceleration. It is also about balance, and cutting ability. Weisman actually ran a pretty good 40 (4.69), but he didn't accelerate the best, or have any kind of ability to hit a cut back lane.

Off topic a little. But what was Jay scheel 40 time. I couldn't find when I was curious after reading an article in the gazzette. Thanks
