I think only official visits are listed. He might have taken an unofficial.

Yeah, he was were for the spring game. Here's some of his quotes.

Mitchell Jr. saw Iowa for the first time last weekend. He visited for the public spring practice in Kinnick Stadium.

Im really curious as to how Illinois has gotten two 4 star commits so far. Actually I can understand the one kid from Illinois. But how did they get a top 200 ranked kid from Ohio?

Their head coach is from Ohio.

Usually when a coach coaches in a state for awhile he establishes relationships with high school coaches from around that state. It's very possible that Illinois' head coach had a solid relationship with the kid's high school coach and ended up creating a strong relationship with that kid early on.

Yeah, but it is the coach of toledo. Maybe you don't get it. Toledo. It is not like they were a great team under him. It wasn't even Illinois first or second choice for coach.

Well with all due respect, and I mean that….I’ve never taken offense to anything you’ve said that I remember…Toldeo has 15 kids in the NFL which is more than IU, ISU and several other Big 12 teams if memory serves, so they’ve obviously identified and signed some fine recruits in years past, so apparently its more than just “Toldeoâ€â€¦
