I've still got a little hope for the future, but if next year is anything like this one, then I'm all aboard the "Fire Lickliter" bandwagon. If he can't get anywhere next year, it's time to cut our losses (literally) and move on. Trust me, if I say it's time to go, it's REALLY time to let him go, cause I've been one of the staunchest supporters this year.
