Doyel's new article is awesome

Um, don't you think the analogy breaks down when you compare spanking to not letting an individual make a living in their specific career forever?

I mean wouldn't that be more like, "When your kids misbehave, throw them out of the house and tell them to make it on their own!" Isn't a post-season ban or a scholarship limit, or a financial penalty a more fitting analogy to spanking?"

It works until that last paragraph, but he just completely blows it there. You need to say that the spanking needs to happen so the more serious consequences don't have to be experienced.
