Down Goes NDSU

It's an unfortunate loss for players and coaches. For the posters on the the Bisonville forum I'm glad they felt the loss. Very arrogant and disrespectful.

The only reason why I'm glad NDSU lost is so that pizza guy goes away. Either way that loss was embarrassing and I hope we don't schedule any more games against FCS teams. I'd rather they scheduled a crappy FBS team like Kansas. NDSU losing in the semi's changes nothing, we shouldn't have lost to a team like that. Honestly from my POV losing to Northwestern on our home field was even more painful. We would have shared the West division title had Iowa not lost that game.

I think getting rid of fbs games is paramount to future success. We can blame no visit policies til we are blue in the face...there is probably greater truth in that the decommits came directly as a result of the losses to ndsu and northwestern. Mostly ndsu. I can respect that concern from a recruit. I don't condone the decommit but let's make it easy and not schedule fcs.

If you were at the NDSU game you TRULY experienced how bad of a loss that was. NDSU has had some very good teams but the team we lost to this year was not one of them. Not even close. Another in a long line of KF specials. It was followed up by a really bad loss to a bad NW team. A team we steam rolled the 2 seasons prior.

The 3 game run to end the season made everyone forget about how horrible the first 3/4 of a season of football we played was.
