dont attack me.... nit question

As long as Carver is available I would think we would get to host at least 2 home games. Probably be a 2 or maybe 3 seed.

Helped a ton last year.

Nit is a great opportunity. I love this team. They play their hearts out. Upset, disappointed but ready to support the Hawkeyes.
The year before the Gophers went to the F4 in 97 or 98, they won the year before and then returned the entire team.

who cares it is a worthless tournament for **** poor teams not good enough for the real one.

LOL we haven't even won 20 games for 6 years before this season, let's drop the attitude that the NIT is beneath us. We went from sneaking into the NIT to being one of the top seeds, another step forward for the program

Will Carver be available for NIT games? What about the womens games? Would be horrible if Iowa got jobbed out of a couple home games and had to play on the road.

Yes - U of Iowa officials have said Iowa would be able to host NIT games. And seems like a they are a lock for a one or two seed.

playing on the road could be perfect for this current team. Challenge them a bit considering Iowa hasn't beat anyone good on the road this year. I am for the team being pushed a bit.

NIT = Not Invited Tourney.....losers and officiating whiners can watch.

Does this mean you won't be watching? If so, will you also stay off this board? (Fingers crossed). We can only hear you put down Iowa's "scrum" effort so many times.
