Does this bother anyone else?

When school's fanbases refer to their coaches as "Coach *insert full name*" or "C*Insert initials here*"...such as when Georgia Tech fans were reffering to COACH PAUL JOHNSON or CPJ...or ISU fan's saying "coach paul rhodes" or CPR...I mean I just don't here alot of fanbases refer to their coaches as coach *full name* I mean Florida doesn't usually say "Coach Urban Meyer" or CU...whoops.

Really though it just seems different? And for some reason I think it's kinda arrogant sounding like they are better...and it's June and football season is two whole months away...

It's pretty lame. Just straight initials like "KF" should suffice. After all, if you don't know who the head coach is, then you should be here.

Isn't it Corch Meyer?

Actually, this really kinda bugs me a lot. (I always figured I was the only one!)
I don't know why other than it just sounds really silly. Maybe it's because our fans tend to just say Kirk or KF, or just Norm instead of DCNP. That they're the coach and defensive coordinator seems to be a given.

You know what really pi**es me off? When peoples' biggest worries in life are things like whether or not people abbreviate someones name in a way that is desirable to them. Makes me realize how the things I have to worry about are worse and pi**es me right off.
