Does the Pac-10 share non-athletic revenue?

Just curious if they have anything similar to the Committee on Institutional Cooperation.

Along with Texas and A&M the Pac-10 is including in its "expansion pack" OK, OK State and Texas Tech. If that's the cost of getting Texas, the price is just too high. It would literally cost the rest of the Big 10 hundereds of millions of dollars in non-atheletic revenue to include those three schools because they don't have comparable research facilities. I'm wondering if the Pac-10 is also making that sacrafice or do they not have any such agreement among their members?
