Does Ferentz really want to win?

I honestly don’t know. Is his pride/stubbornness, “his way” more important than what is best for this state, the U and its fans? If he can’t win unless he, and the offense radically changes is he willing to do it? Is he willing to tell Brian to leave? Is he willing to win by adapting?
I’ve never honestly thought firing Ferentz was the way to go but after hearing him at halftime saying there’s no way he’s making any changes at QB I have no confidence in the captain

I've been saying for quite a few years that his comfort zone is more important to him than winning.

Antiquated offense and BF promotions being primary examples.

My kids just gave me my Christmas present early. 2 tickets to Iowa/nebraska. I told my wife that I wish they hadn't gotten me these. I really don't want to drive 4-5 hours one way, spend money of gas and food to watch the garage ferentz is putting on the field. And then to have to listen to husker fans if they beat us 3-2

My grandpa died a couple a years back at 98. I have pictures of him as teenager in the early 1920's plowing with mules. Now much as he was in his ole fashion ways he even knew what a modern tractor could do. KF still running 1st year Iowa offense and more interested in development. To bad neither he nor I will see this change in his offensive style of play. Of course we can go for fourth and 1 sometimes. Tricky dickey he is!

Maybe the O-Line coach will quietly step down and Reese Morgan takes over the line.

That QB coach consultant hasn't improved things. In fact I think he was run out of Madison.

I wonder if Brian is a D.B. to work with and good coaches don't want to come to Iowa and work with him.

In any case Brian isn't good at his job, but he'll be allowed to stay. Maybe he'll move on after this season.

Won’t make a change at OC why make a change at QB. Unfortunately I think the pride/stubbornness has more to do with his refusal to admit Brian is a mistake then his desire to win games. I really think that he honestly believes he can win despite Brian and the offense.

Nebby & Ga Southern 28 - 28 at half. Each w/ 300+ yards.

I have faith the Hawks' O can go off on them.

I'm talking 150-200 yards and 10-14 points kind of carnage. You'll be glad you're there!

I very much believe this is in fact the case. Brian is a jerkoff. That is why Polasek left for Wyoming.

Dude is making serious bank. He knows he is untouchable at Iowa. His Kid is the OC when a high school would have fired his ass by now. Has no worries in the world now

Ferentz said he has built up credit. So he gets to play like shit for awhile longer.

I think I wasted money getting sling to watch this team. Who I feel sorry for playing for this offensive staff.
