Does Creighton become recruiting threat?

they're already a threat!! They plucked out one of the best players in the state and turned him into an All-American. Secure the borders!! How did this happen???

How is Doug following his dad to Creighton plucking a best player from Iowa? He was committed to UNI and wasn't even on Iowa's radar. This board .... I tells ya :)

Potentially, yeah, I can see it impacting the midwest schools. But Creighton is going to have to prove is can compete in a major basketball program before it can be a player for big name recruits. Right now McDermott is riding on his own son along with a transfer, we will see what happens after they graduate. It is going to be a little different going up against schools like ISU, Kansas, and KSU versus UNI, Drake, and Wichita State.

Being a successful Big Ten program will always have more lure than being a decent program in the Big East sloppy seconds league.

Kidding, right? Big E hoops in general much stronger than Big 10. Middle of the pack Marquette consistently gets better players than middle of the pack Big 10.

He was going to UNI which is an instate school until his dad got a job at Creighton. That isn't exactly coming in and plucking one of the best players from the instate schools.
