We need to bring it all and put the foot on the gas every remaining game. This is where the men are seperated from the boys. Jake has it right, you have to drive the ball. I know the lb's are the leaders on the d, but we need more people to kick it up, like i said now ee separate the men from the boys. Go hawks and lets finish strong. No more losses, no more taking no for an answer.

Funny comments, but I agree with the original post. WE MUST DEFEAT NORTHWESTERN - A LOSS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AT THIS POINT IN THE SEASON
 
Yeah chosen they like to make fun but i just laugh and think "i have forgotten more than they know". I used to get ticked but my wife once asked me why and reminded me of that fact.

olddude, if you're really not a troll, then... I just don't even know what to think. My mind is blown, basically.
 
Do or die? Bunch of drama queens on this board. I think we knew this would be a year in which (hopefully) the Hawks could build from week to week. If we forget about Purdue for the moment, I think Iowa will likely be in very competitive games with Northwestern, Wisconsin, Michigan and Nebraska. Three of them are at home. Winning any two of the four would make for a pretty fun year, in my mind. Given our problems with the purple, too, who says we don't drop one to a desperate Northwestern team and then come back to beat Wisconsin and Michigan?

You wouldn't take that?
 
Drop osu, drop nu, pick up mich, drop nebby? No that is not good. Take all the teams with real dual threat qb's and split them? I would hope that as much problem as we have had in the past defending those teams, we are gaing ground and getting to where we are winning more than 50% of them.
 
Infact 50%, pisses me off. Cant keep your job going 50%. I guess i would be going for atleast 75%. That would be 3 out 4!
