P PDXHawkeye Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2010 #7 400 is a pretty big deal for a WR. I remember seeing Ross Verba lift at Body Deminsions when he was a Soph or Jr, and i was benching as much as him which was about 375. before he hit 3 bills.... So for a WR to do it, that is pretty good...
