This is so frustrating. I contact Dish and talk to someone named Joven (which tells me they are most likely not even in the country) and they provide me with canned answers which are already typed up regarding the impasse. I try to email BTN to express concerns and when you select a reason, "Dish Network" pops up as the top choice. Then when you try to enter a required field for Topic, there are no choices. Obviously, BTN does not want to hear from fans regarding this and they are clearly trying to get Dish customers to complain to Dish. I hate to say it, but I think BTN carries more of the blame here...but not by much. It's shameful on both their parts.
