Didn't take ESPN long to jump on the B1G...

That's great, but you can't tell me the bottom 6 teams in the SEC aren't just as good or better than the bottom 6 teams in the Big 10.

You put Arkansas in the Big 10 this year they'd probably win the conference and they're the THIRD best team in the SEC. Alabama and LSU would probably beat everyone by 14+. Alabama went on the road and beat the only undefeated team in conference play (Penn State) by 16 points. The score was 27-3 at one point when Saban called the dogs off in the 4th quarter.

Just like Nebraska was picked to win the big 10 as well? no, Georgia would not win the big 10 this year.

Alabama and LSU are in a whole other league.

Remember the year everyone acted like Florida didn't have a shot against Ohio State? Then Urban Meyer and Florida absolutely dominated OSU winning 41-14.

The SEC isn't that good top to bottom? How's having 5 different teams win BCS titles... Alabama, LSU, Florida, Auburn, Tennessee.

The SEC runs circles around the Big 10 and the gap is growing even wider. I get so tired about people saying the Big 10 is a physical conference and the SEC is not as physical. Did you watch LSU vs Alabama? That's physical football with more speed. Those two defenses are better than any defense the Big 10 has ever had in it's history.

Yes that's right. LSU and Alabama's defenses this year are better than any defense a Big 10 team has ever put together.

Pretty broad stroke with a brush there, buddy... you seem to have had a burr in your saddle about Big Ten teams lately. These things always run in trends, currently its the SEC... I remember a time when it was the ACC with Miami and FSU battling it out... there have also been times when it was the Big Ten with Mich and OSU. Its the nature of the game...

How has Iowa fared winning National Championships? How has the SEC fared?

How many players has Iowa payed to play for them? How many SEC teams have payed players to play for them?

And by payed I am speaking in terms of additional payment of cash, cars, or whatever not just the scholly. If you dare say that the SEC hasn't paid anybody you seriously need your head examined.

ESPN makes a boatload of money from the Big Ten. Anyone who thinks they have it in for the conference is an idiot.

Thanks for calling me an idiot.

Of course ESPN is making millions off of the B1G.. except that the B1G Network is making 10's of millions for each school in the B1G Ten and that means the mother "*******" ship didn't get those dollars and total power over schedules, TV time, etc.

No one has yet to address my post about November schedules and bowl placements.

Here come the excuses....

Hmm, trading some jerseys and signatures for tattoos or discounted tattoos VS giving daddy 80 grand to play. Listen clown, we all know you don't want Iowa or the big 10 to be any good. Its obvious stop trying to hide it.

You're pretty naive if you believe that's the worst that was going on at Ohio State. Are you forgetting Terrelle Pryor and all of his fancy cars? OSU is every bit as dirty as your typical SEC school.

And how long has Iowa been the lone bright spot for the Big Ten against the SEC?

10 years, but Iowa vs. SEC is in no way, shape or form evidence that the Big 10 is on equal ground with the SEC.

It's not even worth arguing anymore. If people are that stupid to think the Big 10 is comparable to the SEC then they're a lost cause.

So its typical in the SEC to pay large sums of money to recruits for their signature on a loi? Thanks for the information.

Still waiting for someone to comment on late season non-conference scheduling in November..

Let alone a final game in January..

One in Miami vs. Minneapolis

Another one in New Orleans vs. Chicago..

anyone??

chirp, chirp, chirp.

Yeah, I'm sure that's common down there. But don't pretend that there aren't any Big Ten schools who would (and do) do the same thing.

What is your point with this stupid argument? That ESPN makes it cold and snowy in the winter?
