Dickerson and Atwood visiting arkansas together. Not good at all. Theyll be going there

They have a visit set for Iowa City yet? If not, they gone.

A couple of Atwood’s former AAU teammates play for Arkansas. So yeah not good.

Again, don’t freak out if these guys don’t come to Iowa. Love to have them but Fran has made it clear he will test the transfer waters for a guard that is immediately eligible if necessary.

Ideally, teams want a top notch pt. guard every other year. Then you would have a jr.-frosh or a sr.-soph. combination.

Didnt want to say that we want to take the ball out of Gessels hands but 2 quick guards in the lineup could cause some real problems for teams. I think Fran was thinking that way when he put so much effort in Ulis. Sure wasnt recruiting him as an off guard. I think also you have to keep in mind Fran uses a lot of different combinations so there would definitely be times with Gessel at the point.
It does look like Arkansas may be the favorite with Atwood which doesnt help us with Dickerson, although the site I saw has him "warmer" with us

atwood visiting with dickerson isn't a killer

tory miller visited with dom uhl and brady ellingson. we saw how that worked out.

I still think we get dickerson but not atwood.

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe glidinghawk should elaborate on why he doesn't want Dickerson or Atwood to come to Iowa...
