Wow, how ******* clone biased is the Des Moines news coverage. Pisses me off. Everything is about them. Total bull ****.

Well I agree to a point. Murph has no budget to drive to IC... because you know, 2nd place in a small market. Garman is a Hawk grad surrounded by clowns.. so can't rock the boat. I lol everytime KCCI says "Iowa's New Leader"...should be "Central Iowa News Leader"

They try to give the impression they are giving fair coverage to both but to me it's clearly not. It was all about Isu dominating and giving the game away. Yeah, well, we had something to do with it. Give credit where it's due.

Keith Murphy likes paul Rhoads better than he likes KF. Murphy and Fales have dumped on KF's salary and his trite remarks to the media many times, and in a way I cant blame them as reporters.

but the hawks had some stupid penalties early which helped ISU and really the whole 2nd half was a beat down, 21-0, hard to give much credit to ISU.

I am from central Iowa and I dont listen to the local news and sports

I think you guys are being a little over sensitive. Murphy in particular goes out of his way to compliment Ferentz. Fales trolls, and trolls well. I watched the coverage tonight...KCCI spent a lot more time on the Hox

Agreed, Murph and Andy call it pretty straight up, and certainly don't unfairly bash Iowa. Let's face it, Iowa and KF have deserved the criticism they do get over the last 5 years

I've always felt they were Cyclone biased, but then giving ISU any coverage at all would make me feel that way. On the whole, they do keep it pretty even. Now, Murphy's love affair with Hoiberg - that's another thing.

Why does this stuff even matter? In 2015 who watches the local sports broadcast? Who listens to terrestrial radio? So what if they lean clown, cater to the clowns thats their market. 10,15, 20 years ago it would have been something to make a stink about, but not now.
