I never like to support Mini Greaseball but in this case I think Minny got robbed. Offensive player jumped into the player. At that point in the game I don't think you make that call.

There seems to be a real epidemic of charging calls where the defender is clearly moving or even moving underneath the offensive player. What ever happened to having your feet set?

That infamous Northern Iowa game from a few years ago, the one that Fran didn't see the end of, the Panthers probably got that call three or four times, and none of them were offensive fouls.
