If it's confirmed as meniscus those are usually 2-4 weeks depending on severity. Scherff was back in less than a week after his meniscus surgery.

Sounds like possibly a meniscus tear that they are expecting him to possibly be back by NDST game. I guess they probably just cleaned it out. If this is the case, I'd expect him back by NDST. Scherff was back in a few days with a similar injury.

Ugh. Well I'd rather have him out these two weeks than anything later on.

Morehouse also reported it was a meniscus repair that held him out of Spring ball as well. Have no idea if it was the same knee. Some of these tears can involve much more than a week or two recuperation. Hope he's back soon.
