He totaled 9 catches for 86 yards with 0 TDs. Hardly the numbers of an AA TE.
He finished with 43 catches for 742 yards and 4 TDs.

I bring up those stats because people are concerned about Clayborn's production so far. It's a long season. Here's hoping AA finishes vas strongly as DC.

Well at least Dallas put up something. I mean so far this year Clayborn has ZERO catches for ZERO yards. That's just not acceptable. Although it would help if KoK would call a few plays designed to get him the ball. I don't think he's even been targeted yet this year, it's almost like he's not even out there.

My thoughts exactly. Can't believe someone with this much preseason hype, and who is projected in the 1st round of the NFL Draft, has ZERO catches this year! Pathetic! :)

I just did a spit take. Hilarious.

HAHAHA you guys are funny. Literally brought a smile to my face at the end of a long work day. But here's the two things people often overlook about AC. First, he didn't really turn it on until PSU last year. From that point onward he was like a man possessed. He may start slow but he finishes like a bat outta hell. Secondly, he's been doubled and gameplanned around by every team we've seen so far. As a result, guys like Binns, Ballard, Klug, and MIKE DIESEL have had an easier time with the OL.

I'm a Bears fan and this reminds me a lot of some of the other Bears fans' impression of Julius Peppers. He only has 1 sack so far through 3 games and some less-informed fans are all up in arms about it. Meanwhile, the attention he's drawn has freed up the rest of the DL and he's been able to draw holds and false starts all over the place. Clayborn will finish just fine. I expect a MONSTER game from him Saturday.
