According to Yahoo Sports, Dallas Clark will earn $11,650,000 in 2009. Not too shabby for a walk-on from Livermore.

Not sure how bonuses and other items are figured, but Peyton Manning is listed at $11,504,320. Sanders is at $7,105,000.

The Yahoo report is incorrect. Dallas signed a 6 year contract worth $44 million before the season. The NFL salary cap is $129 million, and no team would ever allocate 9% of their payroll to a tight end.
