D-Line Drive Killers

I made this post "elsewhere"... and it quickly got lost in the roll. So I thought I'd restate it here, where the roll has much less momentum.

Has anyone else noticed that our interior d-linemen have had the timeliest batted-down balls this season? They tend to happen during crucial drives, where the opposition is driving to put up points that would rip out our heart.

By my count, Binns and Klug have killed 5 such drives. Before the bat downs, you get the sense that the drive will inevitably end up in points, then the bat downs deflate any momentum & simply erase an entire down... regardless of how open a receiver may have been.

That's it. Just wanted to give some love to the interior D-linemen.
