1. MSU
2. Purdue
3. Ohio State
4. Wisconsin

Middle Tier Teams:
5. Illinois
6. Minnesota
7. Michigan
8. Northwestern

Bottom Tier Teams
9. Indiana
10. Iowa
11. Penn State

I think Iowa can get back in the middle tier as soon as next year, but I don't see the Hawks being able to be considered a top 4 Big 10 team for at least a couple more years. Like everyone knows, recruiting will ultimately determine if the Hawks can get back to the top of the Big 10.
