Astros (1-8) @ Cubs (4-5)
Cubs have hit .368 (25-for-68) in the first two games of their homestand after batting just .197 (37-for-188) in their season-opening six-game road trip to Atlanta and Cincinnati.

Silva had a good showing last game and paulino did not at all. i think the cubs win big today with d lee and ramirez going deep. The astros have obviously struggled just getting there first win against the cardinals.

On another note that i commented on last game that d lee became the 10th player to get to 100 home runs at wrigley. here are the other players who have done this Sammy Sosa(293), Ernie Banks (290), Billy Williams (231), Ron Santo (212), Ryne Sandberg (164), Hank Sauer (118), Gabby Hartnett (115), Andre Dawson (110) and Hack Wilson (109).
 
Not to mention Silva not running out a bunt for a double play. Bad, bad baseball. And the Cubs have to face Oswalt and the incredible Wandy Rodriguez this weekend. Doom...DOOM!
 
Wow, is Silva the best pitcher on the staff at the moment?! Looks like the switch to the NL is helping him get back on track.

Now that cubs offense, WTF?! I think they are schizo.
 
yes this has been a very boring game defensive mistakes costing us the game right now plus crappy offense
 
Wandy has destroyed the Cubs over the last few years. Teams like the Twins hustle on every play, and that equates to a couple more wins/year. The Cubs aren't good enough to lolly-gag when they play the game.
 
Silva has looked good so far this season, granted it's only 2 starts. I actually have him on my fantasy team, took him in the last round of the draft.
 
fulchino didn't have a good showing last time either so hopefully we can put some more up on them
