Crowd Chanting Early Shot Clock

Michigan State’s student section starts chanting down the shot clock about 10 seconds early, and I’ve seen three times now that Buttgers players rush and take a stupid shot they didn’t need to.

Would t one think that at the B1G level your players would have the awareness not to do that and glance at the shot clock as you knew it was winding down?

Holy SHIT that would piss me off as Rutgers’s coach if my players were getting clowned like that.

I hear it a lot on different games, I guess I could see it from Florida Gulf Coast because they probably only play in front of tiny crowds in tiny gyms (I just looked and the average Athletic Sun conference attendance is 1,200 people), but to me a B1G team should hopefully be more dialed in.
