Stumbled upon this. Thought some people find it interesting what he's up to now.
 
I didn't watch the whole thing--is Dean still playing in Europe? If so, that's great. In any event I'm glad to see that he seems to be doing well. He seemed like a great kid and a great Hawkeye.

I look forward to the day when the best Iowa players are once again eager to have the chance to commit to Iowa as early as Dean did. The day that he and Ricky Davis both committed to Iowa still stands as one of the greatest days in the history of Iowa basketball recruiting.
 
Quite the family man. I enjoyed seeing how laid back and friendly Dean was. Oh how he's aged since I got my picture with him when I was 12.
 
Believe he still is playing in Europe. This might be his last year though, believe he wants to begin a coaching career soon.
 
Deano was always cool....still is. Glad he is doing well. It is nice that the NBA is not the only option for these guys. Ricky is in Turkey...what a pair of Iowa born players!!
