Neal struggle?? Interesting according to some on here he is the only reason New Mexico is any good and was the best and biggest hire for Steve while at Iowa. Tell me your kidding..

They're doing remarkable things with conjoined twin separation, metahawk...I mean, there's still the possibility of the weaker of the 2 dying, but the expertise of the surgeons is growing by leaps and bounds, making dual survival rates much higher today than they were even 10...15 years ago...
