Could Coker Sway Top OL Recruit?

I was hoping Cyrus was watching Coker Tuesday night and envisioning blocking for his buddy next year..If we get him I imagine he tops Coe as most significant recruit in Ferentz era?..Our own version of Orlando Pace

I don't even need to see this dude on a moped to say he'd be starting by mid-season. I would love to see what Ferentz and Morgan could turn this beast into.

I think this quote needs to be pimped more.

“He’s got everything,” Lemming said. “He is a prototypical left tackle. Great feet, great technique.

“Barring injury, he’s going to be a dominating player and if he goes to Iowa, I think he’s going to be a No. 1 draft choice.”I w

Whoops, I missed the R the first time I read that.

Makes sense though and hopefully seeing all of the Iowa OL in the NFL will sway his choice. Would be a huge get and in more ways than one.

He dose not need any pads or a helmet! he so huge that his bulk will replace the need for pads and a helmet. He just needs a mouth piece and that should be good

You want to be more impressed? ...watch the interview with Cyrus that was posted here earlier. (will post the link if i can find it).

This is a mature, intelligent, grounded young man. Has much the same demeanor as Marcus Coker. Has "leader" written all over him.

This guy is a stud, obviously. The pipeline that is running from Maryland is awesome. Coker, Poggi, Ferguson, Nico Law and hopefully Hendy. If we could spring both Cyrus and the DT Cooper, who is a 4* from Maryland as well, those are all impact type players...awesome.

Sounds like KOK can be thanked in large part for the emerging pipleine into DeMatha.

I recently read, and I don't know where or I would post the link, that Cyrus and Cooper do not want to play in cold weather places. Which makes no sense since thry live in Maryland!

Also Cooper posted on his facebook page that he was lettting his girlfriend decide on his school, so I messaged her and she said it was true and that more people need to sway her to Iowa. Her name is Aleisha Roche'

Is this a joke? The kid is going to let his future rest in the hands of his high school girlfriend? That seems like an awesome idea...

Really?! That's sad. But it is also sad that he is letting her decide.
