Wasn’t Conner on the 2021 Freshman All American team last season? If so, didn’t he seem to regress this season

He certainly did at RT. When he was switched into guard I thought he played pretty well. He should stay inside. He doesn't have the feet to be a tackle.

The experiment with him at tackle probably cost us the ISU and Illinois games. Dude is a good guard, but he never should have been out there at tackle. On some level you have to wonder if the lack of a dude like Roth, Epenesa or Clayborn on the d-line is hurting our ability to get a good read on what to do on the o-line.
