Conference Tournament

Does anyone know what the format is for the tournament this year?
The dates listed are Wed. Mar 11 - Sun Mar 15. Are there really 5 rounds of play?
With 14 teams in the conference, it doesn't fit neatly into a normal bracket. I imagine the top 4 teams will get byes for the first 2 rounds.

The 1st round is the bottom 4 teams. After that, its identical to last year.
